
An environmental builder since the late 1960’s, Meror is best known for inventing Stabilized Insulated Rammed Earth in 1992. His company, SIREWALL Inc, is active in many countries around the world but has its roots in the Pacific North West. Educational background includes Energy Systems Technology, Indoor Air Quality Auditor, and Project Management. Influences he embraces are Cradle to Cradle, Living Building Challenge, Landmark Education, and Pattern Language. His personal mission is to create a future that is bold and compelling, one that you can’t wait to live into.
Meror lives on Saltspring Island BC with his wife (Mike), dog, and has three grown children who are in the yoyo years, getting started on their own. He practices Qi Gong, swims, naps, and loves to explore through walking, travelling, and talking.
