With over 20 years of  experience as a builder, designer, contractor, HVAC designer and installer, Mr. Balderston brings an in depth knowledge in residential energy analysis and solar thermal design.  He is committed to finding practical and innovative solutions to home design and construction that bring about low energy and low emission homes to a wide market share.   As a professional resource to builders, design professionals and subcontractors, Mr. Balderston provides design and construction field support to project teams.  Emphasizing a practical approach to a project’s architecture and its implementation, Mr. Balderston is known for developing successful working relationships with builders creating a valued link to an extensive network of green building professionals.
