The Guild currently has seven chapters in the Pacific Northwest (USA and Canada) plus two "areas" where we are looking to form chapters. The geographic extent of each of these is shown on the right.
Chapters hold regular meetings, each featuring a speaker on a wide variety of green building topics such as indoor air quality, certified lumber, greywater, permaculture, solar energy and various materials and building techniques.
Chapter meetings are also an excellent place to network with other people involved in green building. A variety of meeting topics cover a broad spectrum of interests from builders to architects to homeowners. Chapter meetings are also a great way to get involved with the Guild. Meeting are usually informal, friendly and lively.
Members usually belong to the chapter where they live, but members are always welcome at any chapter and can choose to belong wherever they like. If you have a question about which chapter is closest to you, please contact us.
Please use the links at the left or click on the map to go to the home page of any of the chapters or areas.
