10x10x10 CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS!
Submission Requirements:
Ten members. Ten slides. Ten minutes.
Presentations should focus on the green or sustainable theme of a member's work, based on a project, building system, client, theory, site, business model, innovation, etc. Projects may be submitted, whether they have been completed or not. Projects that were submitted last year, but did not become finalists, are eligible to submit this year. Each initial email submission must include:
· A brief summary (maximum 400 word paragraph) – attachment in Word or PDF
· Three to five graphic attachments (approximately 1MB per file or 120 DPI)
· Indicate expected date of project completion, if finished, or date of completion.
Email submissions to 10x10x10@cps.ecobuilding.org. Include “10x10 Submission” on the subject line of your email. Please include in your email: Name, Organization, Address, and Telephone number.
The Guild will select 10 members to present and 2 alternates. Both presenters and alternatives will be asked to prepare a 10-minute Power Point slideshow of 10 slides with graphics to accompany your verbal presentation. Selections will be announced on August 20, 2010.
Submissions are open to Guild members only. If you would like to submit and are not a member, we encourage you to join and become a part of our community at http://ecobuilding.org/.
