Monthly Meeting: No meeting in August
We resume in September with a Presentation by Kirk Haffner of South Sound Solar: Solar Ready Design, Thursday September 16th, 6:30 - 8:30 pm, at the Urban Onion Ballroom.

Green Building Workshops for Homeowners and the Construction Trades:

EPA Lead Paint Certification Class - Tuesday August 10, 8am - 5pm
Do-it-Yourself Wednesdays! Workshop Series - A different workshop for homeowners and other interested folks Every Wednesday in August and September, beginning August 11th

Energy Efficient Summer of 2010

Energy Fair at the Thurston County Fair, w/Green Time Marketing and Thurston Energy - Thursday August 5th, 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm, featuring the Statics with nationally renowned guitarist Richard Gerber performing the hit Thurston Energy Jingle "Who's that Knocking on my Door?"

Through our Monthly Membership meetings the Guild provides a forum for networking, while offering an educational opportunity valuable to homeowner and professional alike. Our monthly topics focus on the economics, sustainability, and community development aspects of Green Building. We focus primarily on residential building rather than commercial construction.
