To be read and signed by all persons attending or participating in a Northwest Green Home Tour, related workshop, or any other project conducted by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the tour.

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Northwest Green Home Tour event organized in part by the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild:

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, successors, and representatives, do hereby knowingly and voluntarily hold the Northwest Green Home Tour organizers, its officers, directors, consultants, site hosts and homeowners, and volunteers, collectively and individually, harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, causes of action, legal fees and expenses, and any other costs arising as a result of my participation in said event, including without limitation, claims resulting in personal injury, death, or damage to my property or property of others. I represent that I am duly authorized to execute and deliver this waiver for myself and on behalf of my heirs, successors, and representatives.

I agree that the Northwest Green Home Tour organizers and site hosts may use any photographs or other images taken of me and/or any accompanying underage minors in my care, at the event for use in their publications, online and in print, and may distribute said images to members of the media.

I attest that I will be at least 18 years old on the day of the tour event.

I understand the effect of this waiver and recognize my right to seek legal counsel before signing.
