In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Hard Hat Tour event (“Tour”) organized in part by the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild (“Guild”):

I the Owner acknowledge that the Guild is a non-profit educational organization and that said Tour, related workshop or class may have use of Home for the purpose of promoting sustainable design and construction education on the day of the Tour and during the times specified for the Tour. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Owner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Guild, its members, affiliates, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, participants, and volunteers from any and all liability for any and all claims, damages, liabilities, causes of action, legal fees and expenses, and any other costs arising from or related to said Tour, including without limitation, claims resulting in personal injury, death, or damage to my property or property of others.

The Guild shall reserve the right to use the images it has acquired as a result of the Tour to promote the educational activities and goals of the Tour. This right does not include copyright or the right to distribute the imagery.

I also, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, successors, and representatives, do hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive any and all of my rights and claims to hold the Guild, its members, affiliates, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, participants and volunteers, collectively and individually, liable for any personal injury, property damage, and/or economic and non-economic losses which I may suffer. I also hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive all rights and claims that my dependents or their heirs, successors and representatives may have to hold the Guild, its members, affiliates, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, participants and volunteers, liable for any personal injury, property damage, and/or economic or non-economic losses which dependents may suffer. I represent that I am duly authorized to execute and deliver this waiver.

If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, all other parts shall be given full force and effect.
