NEW EPA Rules to Impact Home Remodeling |
| Homes built before 1978 that are to be remodeled, renovated, or re-painted are subject to new Environmental Protection Agency rules. Contractors must get certified. Several Guild Members have already been certified as trainers, including Jon Alexander of Sunshine Construction and Doug Kennedy of Pathway Design & Construction. Irons Brothers Construction was one of the first general contractors in King County to receive their EPA Lead Renovator Training and certificate. |
