This certified-green accessory dwelling unit (ADU) boasts excellent energy performance and indoor air quality, and a footprint of just 400 SF (600 SF including the 200 SF loft space). In recognition of resource efficiency and environmental responsibility, Earth Advantage Institute bestowed Earth Advantage New Home Gold status on the Portland green home building project.
