The Regional Board of the has approved the formation of the new Kitsap Chapter of the . The is a not-for-profit organization, with the mission of educating homeowners, property managers, builders, developers, designers and architects, on a wide variety of sustainable design and build subjects.
The Kitsap Chapter holds its presentations at the Poulsbo Library at 7 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month. Membership and presentations are open to all. Members attend presentations for free. The next presentation is Sept. 16 and will cover generating power with photovoltaics.
