Molly Erin McCabe, AKBD, CLIPP, CGP, CAPS, is the owner and principal designer of McCabe By Design LLC, a full-service design and specification firm specializing in functional residential design with an emphasis on accessibility + sustainability.
With over twenty years of design and construction experience and a collaborative approach to working with homeowners and general contractors, Molly creates beautiful, functional spaces that enhance the homeowner’s life while being respectful of their budget. Projects range from single rooms to whole homes for both remodels and new construction.
Her professional certifications include Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD) from the National Kitchen and Bath Association, Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) from the National Association of Home Builders and a Certified Living in Place Professional (CLIPP) from the Living in Place Institute.
